1) eBay orders
If you purchased via our eBay shop:
- Returns are handled through eBay’s returns process
- The return steps and labels (where applicable) are provided through eBay
- Listing-specific terms and eBay policies apply
2) Direct orders (placed via contact/email/phone)
If you placed a direct order with us (without eBay checkout):
- Returns window: 14 days (UK)
- Items should be unused and in original packaging where possible
- To start a return, contact us at info@inksidesupplies.com with:
- Your name
- Order details (date, items, quantity)
- Reason for return (optional but helpful)
If the return is accepted, we will confirm the return address and next steps.
3) Refund timing
Where a refund is due, we process it after the returned item is received and inspected. Statutory consumer rights apply.
4) Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:
